SharpSharp reserves the right to cancel any order or transaction at its discretion, including in cases of fraud, mispricing, or if the service is unavailable.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, typically within 30 minutes, but delivery times may vary depending on your location, the complexity of the order, or other external factors. You agree to provide an accurate and accessible delivery address and to be present to receive your order at the time of delivery.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian laws.
